End User License Agreement (EULA) · Effective Date: January 2025

📋 By downloading or using SimpleBible: Daily Grace, you agree to these terms.

License

A limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license is granted to use SimpleBible: Daily Grace on Apple-branded devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to this EULA and Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in SimpleBible: Daily Grace remain with the developer. No ownership rights are transferred to you through use of the app.

The app icon, design, and original content are protected by copyright. Bible text is sourced from the World English Bible (WEB), which is in the public domain.

Restrictions

You may not:

User Content

SimpleBible allows you to save favorite verses locally on your device. This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to us. You are responsible for backing up your own data.

No Warranty

SimpleBible: Daily Grace is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete all copies.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA. Upon your acceptance, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this EULA against you as a third-party beneficiary.
